Refund and Return Policy

At AccessoriesKart, our goal is your 100% satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help.
1. 5-Day Return Window
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be:
    Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
2. Valid Reasons for Return
To ensure a fair process for everyone, we accept returns for the following reasons:
   Product arrived damaged or defective.
   The wrong item was shipped (size, color, or model).
   The product is significantly different from the description on our website.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
   Personal care items (Eye masks, hair trimmers, etc.) once the seal is broken.
   Intimate apparel (Shapewear/Tummy Tuckers) for hygiene reasons.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
   Email us at support@accessorieskart.co.in or WhatsApp us at 7003141206
   Include your Order Number and Clear Photos/Videos of the product and the packaging.
   Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank account/UPI) within 7–10 working days.
   COD Orders: You will be asked to provide your Bank Account or UPI details. We will transfer the refund amount once the return is verified.
   Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@accessorieskart.co.in.
